Should you decide to instruct Town & County Estate Agents, during the course of the instruction we will keep you updated with regular marketing reports. We will contact you either by a telephone call or an email, updating you on the progress every step of the way.
To ensure we service the needs of our clients we survey both buyers and sellers to get their feedback once an exchange of contracts occurs.
Price
To ensure that the most accurate marketing price is provided we base all values on comparable evidence, local knowledge and up to date market data, together with independent mortgage valuation trends. If our applicants require financial advice we are able to refer them directly to a panel of experienced independent brokers who are able to assist them.
We will not try and win an instruction by over valuing and later on pressing for a price reduction.
Sale Progression
It is important to keep sight of the most demanding aspect in selling a property, which is often not all about finding the buyer.
Ensuring that the transaction moves forward smoothly once your property is under offer is critical in the sales process. Town & Country Estate Agents will be there all the way through the process providing support and advice to ensure the successful sale of your property. We have excellent relationships built up over many years with solicitors, surveyors and lenders throughout the area. We have the experience and ability to sort out the inevitable problems that arise quickly, which is essential for both seller and purchaser.

Solicitors
Before your property is placed on the market, we suggest you inform your solicitor of your intentions so that the deeds can be obtained and draft contract prepared. This will avoid delays once a purchaser has been secured. Please advise us if there are any rights of way or easements over the property of which we need to be aware. Should you require a recommendation we would be happy to advise you on an independent panel of efficient solicitors.
Financial Services
Many of our competitors are funded by financial services institutions where the sale of a financial services product is deemed as important as the sale of your property. This in our opinion, creates a potential conflict of interest. If our applicants require financial advice we are able to refer them directly to a panel of experienced independent brokers who are able to assist them.
